Pack samples per the instructions on your sample-submission confirmation and ship using a trackable courier. Keep samples cool and out of direct sun in transit.

What happens after my samples arrive?

Our lab logs your samples on arrival and begins processing. You'll be notified once your results are ready.

How will I receive my results?

Results are delivered as a report through your account portal or by email, depending on your setup.
