UBIX BIO INC. Brings Microbial Science and Genomic Diagnostics Together Under One Scientific Platform

Waterloo, Ontario — Aug 2026 — UBIX BIO INC. today announced an expansion that unifies its microbial inoculant science, including its En-Turf program for golf, with the genomic diagnostic services of UBIX Bio Diagnostics for indoor growers, bringing two previously separate operations under one company for the first time.
The expansion reflects UBIX BIO's growing scope. What began as a microbial science company applying soil and plant biology to agriculture has grown into a larger scientific platform spanning genomic diagnostics and microbial inoculants across agriculture, golf, and controlled environment agriculture. Operators across those markets can now work with one team across diagnostics and the En-Guard, En-Fix, and En-Stim inoculant line, backed by deeper scientific depth on both sides of the platform.

What stays the same
Golf course superintendents will continue to work with the En-Turf inoculant program and the team behind it. Agricultural and greenhouse operators using the En-Guard, En-Fix, and En-Stim inoculant line will see no change to those products. UBIX Bio Diagnostics continues serving CEA growers with genomic and pest resistance testing services, with Dr. Delaney Nash now leading all lab operations. All existing client agreements remain in place.
Diagnostics expands to turf
UBIX Bio Diagnostics' services are also expanding beyond their traditional base of indoor and greenhouse growers to now serve turf operators as well, giving golf course superintendents access to the same pathogen detection and pest resistance testing previously available only to CEA growers.
What's new for customers
UBIX BIO has also launched a new online sample submission form to make diagnostic intake faster: customers can submit online, add multiple samples in one submission, select their tests, and receive a confirmation number immediately, at ubixbio.com/sample-submission. The previous submission sheet by email will continue to be accepted through July 31, 2026 while customers move over to the new form.
